The History Of The Great Wall

The great wall of China was built in 220 B.C. under the rein of Emperor Qin Shi Haung.It was built over a 20 year period and it was built for the purpose of protecting the terrotory of China. It is said that as many as 400,000 people died while building the wall, many of which were burried within the wall itself.

Information About The Tour

The tour takes you from Jiankou Section to Mutianyu section. The hike takes about 5 hours on average to complete as it is a six mile long journey. The tour departs every Monday, Wenesday,and Friday. There is a lunch option however it is not included in the price as you have to pay for yourself when ordering.
